An upcoming birthday and a desired, much needed attempt at doing a new illustration posed a great opportunity to kill 2 birds with one stone.

Brandon, who is a huge HUGE Halo fan, looooooves the chief guy from Halo, so I thought ill do that!

Peter Steele

For the next vector based design I wanted the same feel of the edginess of the first one but with more emphasis on the artist in question rather than focus on the background or the texture.

Prince - Vector

Welcome back to the world of the living, says you!

Tis good to be back, says I!!!

Kicking things off is a vector I did of the main man, The Artist…. Prince.

As seen above, I have two variants, each created in illustrator, I had a go at the wacom, but through the magic of brushes, I found a rather cool edgy, splatter type brush that had a realistic approach to it, saying that this image only took a few hours to complete.

Anyhow!
